IMPP provides object-oriented, lightweight, highly reliable, micro-service underlying development and basic support.On this basis, the software adapter is used to realize the configuration interconnection of the external collaborative system, the hardware adapter is used to realize the data communication of all hardware devices, the LAC is used to realize the collaborative scheduling between the software system and hardware devices, and the customized data object is configured to access through the customized form.
i3 Plus LAC is a scheduling center for software and hardware developed by Eastshine Information based on years of experience in developing industrial intelligent manufacturing software. It connects with the service system to realize the collaborative scheduling of software system and hardware equipment, improve the industrial efficiency of the operation site, and save a lot of labor and material costs for the enterprise.
The LAC provides the following functions and features:
· Connect all upstream and downstream software systems through software adapters;
· Connect all hardware devices through a hardware adapter;
· Custom instruction set template dynamically coordinates hardware and software resources;
· The intelligent scheduling center realizes optimal scheduling of hardware and software resources through scheduling algorithm configuration;
· LAC scheduling process:
- Sends the service system to the LAC
- LAC Checks whether the command invokes the hardware or software adapter
- The hardware or external system sends the result to the LAC
- LAC callback service system
- Sends the command to the LAC again
- The LAC determines whether the flow succeeds or fails
- Succeed will ends directly
- If fails, the hard and soft adapters will be invoked again
