i3 Plus is a set of factory intelligent one-stop services software system. Merges nearly 1,000 project requirements.

Based on J2EE micro service platform IMPP, which integrates more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing informatization and intelligence.

IMPP provides object-oriented, lightweight, highly reliable, micro-service underlying development and basic support.On this basis, the software adapter is used to realize the configuration interconnection of the external collaborative system, the hardware adapter is used to realize the data communication of all hardware devices, the LAC is used to realize the collaborative scheduling between the software system and hardware devices, and the customized data object is configured to access through the customized form.

i3 Plus PTL light picking system is a set of paperless electronic information picking system developed by Eastshine. The picking personnel can timely and accurately complete the picking task according to the number displayed by the electronic label. With the help of the light picking system, the sorting work can be divided into three steps: "see (light)", "pick (object)" and "press (finish)", which can improve the picking efficiency and reduce the error rate.

According to the picking information of the upper system, the background lights up the electronic tags to be sent out from the existing picking data. According to the working status and working data results of the electronic label, it will write back the number of jobs and working status of the picking data. After the picking work is completed in each area, the communication program informs the system that the picking work is over and uploads all the data.

Features:
